Join 1880 Tapas & Spirits in partner with Gunnison's own phenomenal wine makers, Buckel Family Wines, for our annual celebration February 23rd. While many of our dinners focus on menu first and wine second, this dinner is true collaboration between Chef Pat, Kate, Joe & Shamai. We will release the delicious menu after we have a chance to taste the exceptional wines and curate the perfect pairings that highlight both businesses that bring their creativity and passion to this corner of Colorado.
