New Years Eve Celebration

Join 1880 Tapas & Spirits for an evening that can only be described as delicious. This decadent five course tasting menu will focus on our favorite celebratory dishes as a way for us to say thank you for 2025 with the language we know best—food. Curated wine or non-alcoholic pairings will be served and the bar is open for additional purchases.

We are able to accommodate sober diners with non-alcoholic beverage pairings but politely decline all other substitutions and dietary restrictions. Please select your preference before adding your ticket to your cart.

Tickets are $150/person*

*this is an all inclusive ticket price and covers dinner, wine pairings, tax and gratuity

PLEASE NOTE, there is no taxi service available in Gunnison, however, due to the holiday Safe Ride may be running. We have not confirmed this, nor do we have arrangements with Safe Ride at this time. We encourage you to make appropriate arrangements before dining. Non-alcoholic beverage pairings will be provided upon request.

The number of tickets purchased on a transaction will be considered the party number unless otherwise indicated (i.e. two tickets are purchased, two people are seated together). Please indicate if there is another party you would like to share a table with when checking out.

Cancellations must be completed no later than 12:00pm MST on December 22nd to receive a refund. Any cancellations made after noon on December 22nd will forfeit the full value of a ticket. Tickets are fully transferrable. We do have a minimum requirement for ticket sales, if this is not made, dinner will be cancelled and all tickets refunded.

If the event is listed as OUT OF STOCK please email us to be added to the waitlist. Interested parties will be contacted in the order their waitlist request was received should cancellations arise.
